Chef Daniel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Service Entrepreneurship and an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University. A native of Bayport, he has extensive experience as an executive chef, corporate chef, chef de cuisine, and restaurant management supervisor.
He was instrumental in overseeing private catering at the 2010 U.S. Tennis Open; four U.S. Open golf championships; and the 250th Anniversary Celebration at the Providence (R.I.) Athenaeum Library, where he served 300 guests. His sports-related experience also includes a stint as the manager of floor operations at the Acela Club at Citi Field.
Chef Daniel is also the President and C.E.O. of the DG Restaurant Group.
